Dr. Les Griffin : Director of Missions
Dr Griffin came to the CPBA as Director of Missions in May of 2011 after pastoring for over 25 years at FBC of Crosbyton. He is married to his grade-school sweetheart, Betty, and they have two children, Emily Davis and her family of Anton, and Nate Griffin and his family of Pflugerville. Dr Griffin has a history of preaching in several churches in the area, including Date Street of Plainview. He received his Bachelor's from University of Texas and his graduate degrees from Southwestern Seminary of Fort Worth.

Susan Barkley : Ministry Assistant
Susan has served as Ministry Assistant at CPBA since 2008 and enjoys helping churches, pastors and staff with all the little things that go along with serving in the ministry. Susan is married to Brian, who is the pastor at First Baptist Church, Edmonson, serving for over 13 years and served 32 years with the State of Texas. They have 2 grown sons: Edward and David. Susan enjoys sewing and quilting for family, friends and local community ministries. She enjoys Texas history, antiquing, small town shops, Bed & Breakfast inns, mountain cabins and sharing coffee with friends.
